The Post-Transaction Management team within Commercial Assets manages the residual assets, liabilities and risks, including obligations of the State and residual entities, that remain with the State following major asset transactions, with functions that range from routine matters such as landowner consents and lease administration, to managing any residual risk.
The Post-Transaction team also supports Treasury Finance in meeting financial and reporting requirements for specific-purpose entities that are created to facilitate asset transactions. These entities include:
