TD21-04 Gifts of Government Property

This direction makes provision for and with respect to the circumstances in which a person handling government resources can make a gift of government property, for the purposes of section 5.6(1)(c) of the Government Sector Finance Act 2018.

The direction also makes provision for the records that are to be kept in respect of gifts of government property made by or on behalf of a GSF agency.

An amendment for this direction (TD22-27) was published on the 2nd September 2022.

TIPP2.05 Code of Ethics and Conduct

This Code applies at all times when government sector employees are acting in the course of, or in connection with, NSW government sector employment. The Code also extends to conduct outside of work hours where that conduct may affect your employment. This includes conduct that is undertaken in a private capacity, but is inconsistent with your ability (or could reasonably be perceived to inconsistent with your ability) to fulfil your duties in your government sector role.

TIPP5.12 Privacy Management Plan and Guidelines

All NSW Government agencies are required to have a privacy management plan under section 33 of the Privacy and Personal Information Protection Act 1998 (NSW) (PPIP Act). NSW Treasury has developed this Privacy Management Plan to demonstrate and ensure that our organisation applies correct procedures to manage the personal information of our stakeholders and staff.
