TC17-02 Guidelines on reporting of investment and liability management performance

This circular provides updated “Guidelines on Reporting of Investment and Liability Management Performance” for statutory bodies. It replaces the previous Treasury Circular NSWTC 14-31 issued in December 2014.

TC15-19 Providing electronic copies of annual reports to Parliament

Annual Reporting Regulations require each Public Sector agency to submit an electronic copy of its annual report to Parliament. This Circular provides information on the format of the electronic copy and submission details.

TC15-18 Small agency annual reporting

This Circular defines a small Department and small Statutory Body for the purposes of the Annual Reports legislation. Agencies that meet this definition may disclose certain matters in their annual report on a triennial basis.

TC15-07 Financial and Annual Reporting requirements arising from personnel service arrangements

This Circular outlines financial and annual reporting requirements arising from personnel service arrangements. The Circular applies to all entities required to prepare general purpose financial statements under the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983.

TC11-21 Annual Reporting on Payment of Accounts

The purpose of this Circular is to provide guidance on annual reporting requirements on payment of accounts performance, updated for the new payment of accounts policy (refer NSWTC 11/12). The Circular applies to departments and statutory bodies subject to the Annual Reports legislation and is applicable to annual reporting periods ending on or after 1 January 2012.
