The NSW Government has selected three proponents to enter the joint development phase for its social benefit bond pilots in the areas of Out-Of-Home Care (OOHC) and Recidivism, Treasurer Mike Baird, Attorney General, Greg Smith SC, and Minister for Family and Community Services Pru Goward announced today.
