Treasurer Mike Baird today announced tough new financial reporting and accountability measures, as part of the NSW Government's plan to overhaul financial reporting in NSW. The new measures (endorsed by Cabinet yesterday) build on a raft of changes already underway to improve financial reporting in NSW including the appointment of a new Treasury Associate Secretary, by strengthening the financial reporting and accountability framework across Government.
