The NSW Government is seeking your feedback to help us continue to deliver on key wellbeing themes while also stabilising our fiscal position. The 2025-26 NSW Budget will be delivered in June 2025.

The risks to the NSW fiscal outlook remain largely unchanged since the release of the 2024-25 Budget. In a significantly constrained fiscal environment, any new spending that is not offset by revenue or savings measures is likely to create additional pressure. As such, the 2025-26 Budget will focus on reprioritisation of existing budgets.

Tell us what you think

We'd like to hear from individuals, businesses and community groups on their views regarding priorities for the
2025-26 NSW Budget.

Please consider the following in your submission:

  • What is the Government doing well and should continue to do?
  • What is the Government not doing well?
  • What could the Government stop doing?
  • What are your thoughts on ways the Government can raise funds to support service delivery and infrastructure?

Submissions will be accepted until 5pm Tuesday 17 December 2024. This will give sufficient time to the Government to consider the submissions during Budget preparations.

You can make a submission here.
